Team Member Essentials:
- Active NC massage therapist license
- Carry massage liability insurance
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

- $55 - $60 per hour including enhancements and gratuity
- Full time LMTs performing 25 50-minute hands on services can earn $71,500 -$78,000 annually.
- Part time LMTs performing 15 50-minute hands on services a week can earn $42,000 - $46,000 annually .
