We are seeking an Fulfilment Supervisor for our Fulfillment team at Hanjin Intermodal America, Inc. at Gardena, California.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall support for fulfillment business process
- Communicate with customers, vendors and domestic/oversea partner
- Excellent customer service skills with strong responsibility
- Generate A/R, A/P billing and Report Profit & Loss timely
- Field work status and Manpower management
- Other additional duties that may be assigned from time to time by manager.
Requirements:
- Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions
- Either Korean or Spanish preferred
- Proficient knowledge use of Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Resourceful and strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work diligently, independently and work well with others
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks responsibly
- Accurate with numbers and calculations
Salary: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
