Position Responsibilities:
Manually and accurately input high volume data pertaining to receiving, storing, and shipping of grain for all company locations. Maintaining and manage customer orders, correspondence and contracts.
Essential Position Functions:
- Maintain current and up to date daily invoicing , applying incoming cash and processing AP
- Process high volume grain and/or freight settlements accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve discrepancies on accounting records between customers and the company.
- Works escalated issues, consults and collaborates with others for sound resolution.
- Collaborate with traders, accounting, and customers to accurately maintain customer accounts
- Ensure grain is settled with clients in accordance with contract specifications and company policy.
- Provide timely turnaround of payments and invoices to many customers.
- Reconcile shipments, receipts, payments, and contract balances.
- Other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and/or Industry Certifications preferred or combination of education and experience desired.
- Plus, 2 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced, office setting environment.
- Prior experience in the grain or freight industry is highly desirable.
