Title: Website Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website Manager to lead the management and continuous improvement of our North American website. In this role, you will work closely with the global web team, coordinate across departments, and leverage Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems to enhance website content, functionality, and user experience. This position will be responsible for driving website development projects, overseeing content updates, and ensuring that the North American site is aligned with the broader global web strategy. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our partner portal and other digital touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the North American website, ensuring it meets business and user needs.
- Lead efforts to optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for improved engagement, conversions, and overall site performance.
- Manage website updates, new features, and product launches in collaboration with global web teams.
- Monitor and analyze web traffic and performance using analytics tools and create reports for stakeholders to track KPIs.

Collaboration with Global Web Team:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the North American region, coordinating with the global web team to align strategies, content, and development plans.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, content structure, and visual design across regions while considering regional preferences.
- Lead initiatives to expand the North American site, integrating global solutions with region-specific needs.

Product Information Management (PIM) & Digital Asset Management (DAM):
- Utilize PIM and DAM systems to ensure all website content, images, product details, and multimedia assets are accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and product teams to ensure PIM data is integrated into the website in a way that enhances product visibility and searchability.
- Manage digital assets and ensure they are optimized for web use, improving site load speed and visual quality.

Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, IT, design, and product teams to enhance website content and functionality, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and partner teams to understand their needs and integrate relevant features into the site and partner portal.
- Support content creation, SEO, and other initiatives that align with regional and global campaigns.

Partner Portal Management:
- Oversee the development and improvement of the partner portal, ensuring it meets the needs of external partners and enhances collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance partner experience through updates, training, and troubleshooting support.

Project Management:
- Manage web-related projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, balancing short-term requirements with long-term goals.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, web technologies, and digital marketing trends to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
- Implement A/B testing, UX research, and feedback loops to continuously improve the website.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in web development, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in website management, web development, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in using PIM and DAM systems to manage and optimize content and assets.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to track and optimize website performance.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners.
- Knowledge of SEO, user experience (UX) best practices, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and B2B web platforms is a plus.
