Positions Available:
1. Logistics Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring logistics operations and processes.
- Support the review, analysis, and negotiation of supplier quotes.
- Research potential suppliers and develop relationships.
- Collaborate with teams to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
2. Logistics Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Logistics Manager in overseeing daily operations and team performance.
- Coordinate relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Help develop and execute Supply Chain Management (SCM) plans.
- Support in negotiating pricing with customers/vendors and preparing procurement reports.
- Facilitate conflict resolution to promote a positive work environment.
3. Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all operations to ensure efficiency across the logistics function.
- Prepare detailed reports and budgets for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety regulations.
- Develop strategies to enhance productivity and optimize logistics processes.
- Oversee all aspects of shipments and inventory operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze logistics metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Specialist: 0-3 years of logistics experience.
- Assistant Manager: 3-5 years with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Manager: 5 years in logistics management.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Korean (required).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
