Title : Litigation Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation & Trial Advocacy
Location : Clovis, CA (On-site)
Salary : 175k-$125k Plus a Lucrative Bonus Structure and Health Comprehensive Benefits
Haraka Headhunters is a NYC-based attorney search firm nestled in the heart of the city adjacent to Grand Central Station.
We are partnered with a well-established and well-respected law practice in the Clovis, CA area offering 25 years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in areas including but not limited to family law, bankruptcy, various business disputes, civil rights, and personal injury matters. Our client is experiencing exponential growth and is looking to bring on a few more litigation associates.
What We Are Looking For...
- Must have experience or an interest in trial work
- Strong legal writing and the ability to draft persuasive motions and briefs
- Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have a growth mindset and eagerness to be mentored in trial strategy and case development
- Ideally, a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience and at least two of the following categories : family law, bankruptcy, civil rights matters involving excessive force or police brutality, and personal injury.
