POSITION OVERVIEW
We're seeking a dedicated Dermatologist to join Harbor Health's growing team in Austin. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive dermatological care while collaborating with our integrated care team to deliver value-based healthcare solutions.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services
- Diagnose and treat various skin conditions, including skin cancer screenings
- Collaborate with primary care and specialists within Harbor's network
- Maintain detailed electronic medical records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Contribute to developing clinical protocols and best practices
- Support value-based care initiatives
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Board certified/eligible in Dermatology
- Current Texas medical license or eligible for licensure
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of value-based care models
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Experience in a multi-specialty setting preferred
