Hardcoat Technologies LLC is a Plastic Injection Molder and Hardcoater for the Automotive, ATV, and Industrial Markets. We are focused on providing high quality injection molded and coated components. We are growing and in need of Quality Technicians.
Role Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and skilled Quality Technicians to join our team on 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts. The Quality Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position involves conducting quality inspections and utilizing precision measuring instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality systems and quality control processes.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Inspecting parts for blemishes, dimensional inconsistencies, and improper molding
- Identify, troubleshoot, and rectify inaccuracies, escalating when necessary
- Maintaining detailed records of quality inspections, results, and corrections
- Assist in training new machine operators
- Follow established safety and quality standards
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience and/or strong understanding of the plastic injection molding process
- 6 months quality or inspection experience
- Superb attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with collecting SPC data
- Experience with calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, and pin gauges
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary : $18 - $19
