What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crawl Space Encapsulation Team Leader position at Hargrove?
Hargrove Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced crawl space technician to lead a team of hard-working, self-motivated individuals.
An ideal candidate will bring 3 years’ experience and knows how to get things done. Hargrove was founded on a culture of excellence and high integrity, and we expect our crawl space team leader to excel in both of those areas. Being the crawl space leader, you will be having face to face conversations with our clients before, during and after job projects.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and lead a crew of 3-4 people
- Accurately assess, quote and manage encapsulation projects
- Track hours on jobsites
- Ongoing communication with coworkers
- Install a variety of drainage systems.
- Vapor barriers and sump pumps
- Crawl space clean outs
- Insulation removal and/or replacement
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general construction and drainage systems. French drain experience a plus
- Ability to work in tight spaces
- Strong leadership and integrity
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Good computer skills
- Clean driving record. A background check and drug screen are required for all hires.
