About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Azure Service Engineer to support, maintain, and optimize our Azure-based infrastructure.
What You Will Do
This role will involve monitoring services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the high availability and performance of our cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure services, infrastructure management, and cloud-based IT support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation and Optimization : Develop scripts and use tools like Azure Automation, PowerShell, and Azure CLI to automate routine tasks, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize costs.
- Incident and Problem Management : Respond to service-related incidents, troubleshoot root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively, minimizing impact on end-users.
- Service Monitoring and Maintenance : Use Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to continuously monitor the health, performance, and reliability of Azure services, addressing any issues proactively to maintain uptime.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document troubleshooting steps, operational procedures, and system configurations, building a knowledge base to support quick resolution of future issues and enable team collaboration.

Salary Ranges : 82,500 - $ 121,000
