What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Transportation Concierge position at Harmony at Wescott Plantation?
STATEMENT OF JOB:
The Transportation Concierge will provide safe transportation services to residents of the community.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Policies/Procedures/Administration
- Provide van transportation to the residents on a scheduled basis and for special trips sponsored through the activity department
- Assist in developing routes and schedules based on resident needs and requests
- Keep appropriate records. Maintain mileage log, repair log, trip and expenses as required
- Keep receipts for expenses and submit them to Life Enrichment Director
- Keep van clean inside and out. Ensure routine maintenance and needed repairs are performed in a timely manner
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor and Harmony Senior Services immediately
- Maintain a working knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the department
- Attends all required in-services and staff meetings
- Completes all other duties as assigned
Residents:
- Assists residents on and off of the van
- Ensures of resident safety at all times
- Follows confidentiality policies at all times regarding release of resident information
Staff:
- Assists Activities/Programming Department with activities as assigned
- Assists Activities/Programming Department with activities as assigned
