LOT SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

•    Must be detail oriented

•    Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions

•    Ability to assess priorities in a time sensitive environment

•    Work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision

•    Ability to operate a forklift and obtain Harper Industries certifications

•    Operate machinery safely and efficiently

•    Able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

•    Organize and transport completed beds and whole goods

•    Accurately load beds and whole goods for shipments

•    Stock shelves with parts and whole goods

•    Utilize company software system to perform duties and processing of orders

•    Assemble kits and deliver to assigned location (bolt, mount, EH, and other kits)

•    Identify defective parts and process according to company procedures

•    Accurately pick, pack, and label merchandise for shipping

•    Assist with cycle counting and inventory control as needed

•    Maintain a clean and organized work area, inside and outside

•    Cut lumber to size with miter saw

•    Perform all other duties as assigned

Schedule I Salary:

•    40 hour work week

•    Overtime approved by supervisor

•    Some Saturday work required

•    Reports to: Shipping Foreman
