Job Overview
Successful and thriving business law firm celebrating 40 years in Orange County (and recently voted as one of OC Business Journal's Best Places to Work for the third straight year) seeks motivated litigation attorney with at least 2-4 years of experience. Employment law experience is desired, but not a requirement. Class action experience is a plus.
This is a newly created position to meet the demands of a growing employment law department and is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a collegial environment.

Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing pleadings and discovery
- Appearances both in-person and remote
- Depositions
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases.
- Working cases from beginning to end
Skills / Licenses
Must have reliable transportation to attend court hearings.
