Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the special education teaching team
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, scheduling meetings, communicating with families, using computer applications to assist with paperwork compliance
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Handle parent inquiries and have excellent communication skills with families
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Google suite of tools
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work independently
