Barista/Café Server

We are in search of a personable, outgoing Barista/Cafe Server for our soon to open restaurant in West Hartford.

We are a small Mediterranean-fusion restaurant offering eat-in and take-out healthy byob dining in a small- stylish Cafe setting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily café operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency.
• Promote best practices in food management and customer service.
• Foster a positive work environment
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase café visibility and attract new customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
