Job Summary/Description:
Summary: Support a Supply Management organization with the procurement of components used in the assembly of off-highway machines. The candidate will process information mainly related to the commercial aspect of component procurement., such as sourcing activities and managing price changes on components. They will be responsible for requesting quotations from suppliers for new and existing components and disseminating that information appropriately. They will need to function in multiple systems to perform research as well as input information related to these components. They will work with many different groups within the larger organization and enterprise around the world in order to complete tasks.
Position's Contribution to Work Group:
This position supports the supply chain management team in the development and sourcing activities of components for construction equipment machines, primarily related to nonmetallic parts used on construction equipment machines. The candidate will send out requests for quotes, analyze and propose best choices, work through resolving pricing grief, i.e. invoice price not matching PO price, process price changes.
Typical Day:
Candidate will assess priorities of the day based on outstanding action items, new work assigned through the multiple systems utilized, as well as from input from the person(s) they directly support. They will access multiple systems to upload and modify data to most current information from suppliers
Education Requirement:
Two to four years relevant experience in supply chain management preferred. Bachelor's degree in a business, technical or supply chain discipline - preferred.
Critical Technical Skills:
Microsoft O365 suite, specifically Excel and Teams/SharePoint. Experience learning company specific software and systems quickly. Working knowledge of PowerBI is desirable.

Must be capable of processing a large amount of information and data coming from multiple sources related to many different projects. Must be able to learn how to use different software/web-based tools. Must be able to quickly learn and remember many job instructions and tasks. Must be able to work with well with a diverse group of people to develop relationships required to accomplish goals. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
