Job Description Summary :
The Project Manager function possesses knowledge of the media space and understands how to integrate best practices across various disciplines from planning to investments, analytics, creative handoff and trafficking and ad operations amongst others. The PM will own the estimation, status reporting, and workflow to ensure each team meets their commitments. The ideal candidate is passionate about transforming ideas into results, constantly negotiating and organizing, and understands the importance of communication and team building.
Job Description :
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage high volume mid-complexity media projects
- Work across teams to deliver multiple media and media technology related projects on time within scope
- Support cross functional integration between Media and Creative teams, as well as client teams
- Ambassador of process and adherence but flexible to be nimble in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct internal status meetings
- Strong Problem-solver with an eye for details
- Knowledge share & communicate cross-teams to ensure key stakeholders briefed on tasks
- Handle situations with diplomacy and professionalism with the goal of resolution
- Participate on project plans to ensure internal stakeholders understand project flow and due dates needed in order to meet end goals
- Provide group support and management by setting up and attending internal meetings and disseminating recaps of discussion/alignments and agreements, as well as following up on agreements and team assignments
- Develop and articulate process within decks & documents
- Provide administrative support as needed on ad hoc projects
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years as a full lifecycle Digital PM
- MUST have experience managing high volume mid-complexity campaigns (banners, emails, print, broadcast and search)
- MUST have Media and/or Advertising experience
- Strong relationship building
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable managing up, down, and across teams
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity
- Proficiency in project management software; Deep understanding of Smartsheets
- Strong demonstration of Timeline management and team accountability skills
- Familiarity with digital routing systems a plus
- Ability to identify & prioritize activities across disciplines
- Collaborative mindset, diplomacy and relationship management savvy
- Experience with ad creative a plus
The salary range for this role is: $135K - $145K DOE
