Position Specific Description
Recruitment Number 25-052JC, Building Maintenance Worker I, BC-09, Kauai.
Summary of Duties
Performs a variety of skilled maintenance and repair work in the upkeep of buildings and structures and equipment housed therein; and performs other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
General Experience: Four (4) years of work experience which involved the performance of a variety of building maintenance repair work; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
Non-Qualifying Experience: Experience as a janitor, groundskeeper, laborer, or other related work which is not involved in performing a variety of building, structure, and equipment repairs on a regular, ongoing basis is not considered qualifying experience.
