Based in Alvin, TX, we specialize in Oilfield Maintenance & Construction, Pipeline Maintenance & Construction, and Utility Gas Construction. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and management, with 10 years of experience in securing and overseeing work within the energy services sector. This role requires a detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is dedicated to helping their direct reports succeed. The candidate will be responsible for managing an existing customer base while also expanding business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Oilfield, Pipeline, and Utility Gas Construction industries

· Secure and oversee work contracts, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction

· Lead and mentor a team, helping direct reports achieve their sales goals

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand workload

· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

· Start early each day from our Alvin, TX office to coordinate operations and sales efforts

Qualifications:

· 10 years of experience in sales and customer service within the energy services industry

· 10 years of management experience, leading teams and driving business growth

· Proven ability to secure contracts and oversee projects in Oilfield, Pipeline, or Utility Gas Construction

· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary with total compensation ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 based on experience and sales performance

Company vehicle provided or mileage reimbursement
