Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their accommodations
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist with reservations, check-outs, and payment processing
- Operate the phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on guest services
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer software
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations is advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
