Requirements

- 7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and economic principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders.
