Machine Operator- 2nd and 3rd shift

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating various machinery within a factory setting, particularly laminators, embossers, and printers. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality components while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines and printers to fabricate components according to specifications.
- Set up machinery for production runs, including adjusting tools and equipment as necessary.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Assemble parts and materials as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the manufacturing process.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently during the production process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any operational issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility is required.
- Familiarity with laminators, embossers, and printers is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and safety protocols within a factory environment.
- Understanding of GD&T principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing processes is an advantage
