Our client, a NC Premier General Construction firm, is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent with a focus on Medical Practice projects. Position details below:
Description:
- Responsible for managing all aspects on the construction site
- Act as the GC's representative on site
- Works closely with the external stakeholders
- Pre-construction planning
- Contract documents
- Coordination of subcontractors, materials, site safety, quality control, cost control, layout and/or surveying, inspections, reporting, and project closeout
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five experiences as a superintendent in commercial building construction, preferably in medical office projects
- Project background should include: interior fit up office buildings, medical office, and commercial projects
- Experience with site work development
- Basic survey and layout skills
- OSHA Training preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exceeding the clients' expectations
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction including, construction methods and materials, safety, and QA/QC
