Pay & Benefits:
High Country Industrial Corp is offering a starting competitive hourly wage of $10.00 - $35.00 depending on experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Work Preparation
- Accountable to pull work orders and prepare materials, equipment, and workstation prior to daily production processes.
Fabrication & Welding Production Work
- Accountable to review and follow work instructions/prints procedures to complete all daily work in an efficient manner while adhering to quality standards.
Work Cell Organization
- Accountable to maintain and enhance the “5 S” Methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) in designated work areas.
Collaboration
- Accountable to collaborate and partner with all shop members to drive organizational cohesiveness.

Previous Experiences/Background:
This job is considered medium to heavy work in nature with occasional heavy tasks. Maximum lifting of up to 100 pounds with frequent lifting of weights up to 50 pounds. Typically standing and walking for 6 hours out of an 8-hour day. The frequency of the tasks depends on the type of shift, weather conditions and changes to the indoor environment (which cannot always be predicted or controlled).
Must Have’s:
- 1 year of proven fabrication & welding experience
- Knowledge of reading blueprints, drawings, specifications, and other prints
- Basic math knowledge, problem solving
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Direct production experience with role function examples
- Lean practice or exposure of concepts
Salary : $10 - $35
