We're Hiring! Accounting Manager/Sr. Accountant
Logistics: North Phoenix area with hybrid schedule (Local AZ candidates only)
Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant /Accounting Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to join a great company and play a critical role in driving its growth and profitability.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Preparing balance sheet account reconciliations for all accounts, including bank reconciliations
- Reconciling intercompany accounts of related entities
- Will own the monthly closings and work to create a monthly close checklist and document accounting cycle processes
Experience We'd Like You to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Experience preparing account reconciliations that require significant clean-up for several months
- Experience working at an inventory-based company
- Strong Excel (lookups, pivot tables, working with large data sets – no macros), NetSuite a plus
