We are seeking a *consistent PRN Physical Therapist* to provide coverage for *5-8 hours per week* in our Lorain facility. Our team focuses on delivering high-quality rehabilitation services across various settings, helping patients achieve maximum independence.

Job Summary

• Conduct assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families on treatment and home exercises.

Experience Required

• Degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure.
• Experience in hospital settings or community care is a plus.
