- 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality therapy to children, adults, couples, and families.
- Mentor and guide other Mental Health Therapists on staff.
- Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment goals, and track client progress.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, and CARF standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and protect client confidentiality.
- Participate in staff meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
Therapist I (LGPC, LMSW in Maryland):
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Experience with adults, children, and families is a plus.
- Proficiency with electronic health records.
Therapist II (LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C in Maryland):
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related clinical field.
- Full clinical licensure in Maryland (LCPC, LCSW, LCSW-C).
- Experience with adults, children, and families is a plus.
- Proficiency with electronic health records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $47.00 per hour
