What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN position at Health Ministries Clinic?
Job Purpose:
As a RN/LPN you will work collaboratively with providers and integrated team members of Health Ministries Clinic in order to provide exceptional patient care. You will promote and restore patient's health with the use of professional nursing processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Communicate and collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimum primary care
- Create and contribute to patients' electronic medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Administer medications, vaccinations and render treatment to all ages as ordered by a healthcare provider
- Respond appropriately to inquiries, concerns and complaints from patients, parents, or caregivers
- Participate in quality improvement efforts
- Counsel and educate patients and family members before, during and after appointments
- Assist with tracking of outside lab tests, procedures, radiology, and referral reports as assigned
- Assist with tracking and maintaining a medical supply inventory

- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Qualifications:
- Education: Associates degree or higher (Preferred)
- License: Current Valid Registered Nurse license (Required)
- Experience: Clinical Nursing (Preferred)
