Seeking a Registered Nurse to work full-time with Adult Services located in Aberdeen, WA.
Position Details :Position Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) :
- Must have the ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the facility
- Assist with medication administration
- Appropriately monitor & document progression of care
- Required to work independently and with a team of nurses
- 3 year (minimum) required as a Registered Nurse
- Associates or higher in Nursing
- Psychiatric / Behavioral Health experience, 2 years required (minimum)
- Current unencumbered Washington RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to obtain current Tuberculosis Test and Drug Screen
- Reliable transportation to all scheduled shifts
- Position Open Until Filled
- Orientation Date : ASAP
