We are seeking an experienced, dynamic leader to serve as our Senior Director of Commercial Strategy. The Sr. Director of Commercial Strategy is a key matrixed role within our Growth organization helping to drive business development strategy & execution, closely collaborate with sales on opportunities, and manage key channel partnership relationships.

Principal Responsibilities And Duties
- Sales Management:
- Partner with sales leaders to highlight the HealthAxis value proposition and close business.
- Collaborate on deal strategy and execution, including messaging, content, meetings, pricing and contracting.
- Channel Partnerships :
- Own the management of key channel partnership relationships including organizations with BPO services, consulting agencies, and adjacent technologies.
- Ensure HealthAxis is seeing a strong ROI with channel partners by driving relationships forward, setting goals, and managing timelines & deliverables.
- Strategic Leadership and Business Development:
- Help lead strategy development and execution of HealthAxis top of funnel and marketing efforts
- Oversee sales operations including pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to position the company as a thought leader.
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7 years of business development or consulting experience with health plans.
- Deep understanding of health plan operations, technologies, and industry challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Experience with organizations selling BPO, CAPS, BPaaS services to health plans.
