HealthCARE Express is currently hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician's Assistants for full-time positions in our urgent care clinic. What you'll do:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing medical care to patients of all ages. This includes conducting patient histories, exams, lab testing, simple procedures, and prescribing medications and treatments according to current standards of care. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and timely medical records, follow infection control procedures, and adhere to safety guidelines, especially in the handling of sharps and body fluids. It is important to always conduct yourself professionally and follow established protocols to ensure a customer-friendly environment that delivers high-quality care. In the absence of specific protocols, you may assume responsibility for leading and supervising the clinic team, with an emphasis on teaching and guidance rather than demeaning behavior. Flexibility is key, as you will occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice and help drive the mission and values of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position includes rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends. The starting salary is $70 per hour or more, depending on experience, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
