Maintenance Director Responsibilities:
Maintenance Director Qualifications:
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Onsite
- Managing and leading the maintenance team, providing guidance, and coordinating daily activities.
- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinating with external contractors for major repairs and renovations.
- Managing the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and optimizing cost-effective solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
- Responding to emergency maintenance requests outside regular business hours.
Maintenance Director Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in maintenance or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare facilities.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
