Plymouth Psych Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager to lead critical projects and improve operational efficiency within the company. This is a part-time position, ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys implementing technology-driven solutions. The role will involve managing multiple key initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, technology management, and financial oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Efficiency
- Lead and drive the transition of Plymouth Psych Group from Google Workspace to Microsoft, a project that has already begun but requires dedicated leadership to gain momentum.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of a SharePoint system for the company.
- Develop, document, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for improved workflow efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce errors and enhance team productivity.
2. Technology Management
- Manage the consolidation of applications and systems to streamline operations.
- Lead the implementation of new tools, such as Patient HUB through ClinicMind (EHR system), while troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
3. Financial Oversight
Billing & Revenue Cycle Management:
- Oversee the billing processes to ensure timely claims submissions and follow-ups.
- Monitor accounts receivable and collaborate with billers and collections teams to resolve issues.
Budgeting & Expense Management:
- Track expenses to maintain financial health and profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality care is maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role in an office or healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other technology tools.
- Knowledge of financial management, including billing, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
