What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Assistant (school based program) position at Healthy Smiles?
Seeking part time dental assistant to help dentist treat children in Clark County public elementary and middle schools, as well as provide information and presentations to students in classrooms regarding the importance of oral health. This is a hybrid position that will require the candidate to fulfill both marketing responsibilities in conjunction with clinical assisting each week.
Part Time position - Monday and Thursday from 9AM-3PM and Fridays as needed.
There are many days when work day ends earlier than 3PM but you still get paid a guaranteed minimum of six hours per day.
Great pay: $25/hour
Should have at least one year of dental assisting experience
JOB INCLUDES:
1) Assisting hygienists and keeping treatment area clean and neat.
2) Marking role providing education to students in the school setting
3) Bring children from classroom to treatment area
4) Help with paperwork
Must be personable and be able to work in a busy high pace environment.
