Job Description
This role is for an exceptional leader who has in depth experience driving revenue growth through building engaging and elevating a winning team. Due to massive growth within the company you will be integrating new team members often while continuing to drive, elevate and create leadership within the existing team.

The purpose of this role is to drive revenue growth in recurring revenue across our 3 programs while improving, strengthening and accelerating performance of our client delivery and customer service programs.

Day to day constructs of the role include daily management of employee metrics and key performance indicators to increase efficiency, effectiveness and execution to achieve desired results. Specifically achieving daily sales goals while improving customer retention and results in our programs.

This role is required to participate in revenue production in addition to management and leadership responsibilities, which is why a passion for sales and marketing is essential to success in this role.

This role combines the big picture overall implementor skills with the ability to understand and participate in the tactical day-to-day execution so that you can truly understand how to coach and develop others to successfully implement.

The 3 core departments you will be responsible for leading will include:

  • Operations
  • Coaching & Customer Success
  • Billing

Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

  • Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
  • Assist executive/leadership team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.
  • Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective, working closely with the CEO & CFO (or Finance Administrator) and other key executive/leadership team members.
  • Partner with the CFO / Finance Administrator to achieve favorable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, mergers and acquisitions, systems, reporting and controls.
  • Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
  • Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal
  • and external processes.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.
  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability and efficiencies within the company.
  • Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
  • Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.
  • This Leader will act as a trainer, recruiter and facilitator for our internal coaches and manage their performance to metrics and KPIs around referrals, upsells and retention.
  • Constant evaluation of our internal programming as accountability programs and calls will be an ongoing responsibility and used as a catalyst to drive growth and optimization of the overall departments.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coaching, development and retention of the internal team under your direction
  • Recruiting, hiring, onboarding new team members across your division
  • Achieving the budget for your department weekly, monthly, annually
  • Creating, documenting and recording onboarding certification program for accountability coaching staff
  • Research and innovation in the presentation, delivery and maintenance of membership sites to ensure state of the art experience and content for our clients
  • Create & track reporting around: Upsells, fall off/exits, referrals, participation in calls, membership site use & influencer program growth

Metrics (KPIs) / Success Measured By:

  • Ensure weekly member touch points are completed by course staff and that they are reporting a minimum of 85% engagement; If not obtaining 85% engagement, troubleshoot and implement a plan to increase engagement.
  • Ensure no more than 5% of the member base has failed payments weekly.
  • Obtain a minimum of 90% retention/quarter
  • Generate a minimum of $20,000 / quarter in upsells.
  • Obtain a minimum of 15 referrals into Memoir Mastery / quarter.
  • Provide a weekly, detailed, department update to CEO

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

  • Management: 2 years of experience
  • Sales: 2 years of experience
  • Must live in the North Texas area or be willing to relocate.
  • Must have a track record of consistent year over year growth in a startup or small business capacity in which you were the primary leader setting the expectation, leading and following up on day-to-day execution and driving to completion.
  • Must have exceptional ability to track and manage data and use it to drive performance improvements and business efficiencies to accelerate results.
  • This role requires an individual that understands online marketing, social media and service based high ticket selling and or has a strong passion and commitment to learn.
