Heart to Heart specializes in behavioral services that focus on enhancing the client’s quality of life through personalized interventions and quality care. We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee behavior technicians in group homes and day programs. There will also be an opportunity to supervise ABA cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Supervise and provide ongoing training for behavior technicians
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements
- Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
- Provide ongoing support and training to ensure staff proficiency and client success
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA, preferably in group homes and in-home settings
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
