Job Summary:
Hearts & Minds Childcare is seeking an energetic and results-driven Daycare Student Recruiter to enroll new students through direct, door-to-door outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, experience in door-to-door marketing, and excellent communication skills to engage with families and promote our childcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door recruitment efforts to inform families about Hearts & Minds Childcare services.
- Build relationships with parents and guardians to encourage enrollment.
- Explain program offerings, including free transportation and childcare for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
- Track leads and follow up with potential clients to ensure successful enrollment.
- Represent the childcare center professionally and positively within the community.
- Work towards meeting monthly enrollment targets.
- Attend community events and networking opportunities to promote the center.
Qualifications:
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to close enrollments.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with the childcare industry is a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation.
