PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle duties for the property management division. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and extremely organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely matter is key to success in this position.
Daily duties of the Administrative Assistant include:
- Responding to tenant issues via phone and email
- Reviewing, processing and monitoring certificates of insurance
- Generating formal correspondences on behalf of the property management department
- Maintaining databases of property information
- Serving as liaison between customers and property managers
- Organizing the workflow in the property management department
- Maintaining multiple calendars
- Participating as the meeting organizer and note taker in departmental meetings
- Organizing and archiving all property management data
- Processing vendor invoices
Accelerated proficiency with Excel is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
