As a Master Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety by delivering the highest standard of automotive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, brakes, steering, and suspension.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and adheres to Helena Motors’ quality standards.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates and repair timelines.
- Mentor and provide guidance to less-experienced technicians.
- Stay current on manufacturer training and certifications to maintain expertise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Uphold Helena Motors' commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems.
- Proficient in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Passion for the automotive industry and continuous learning.
