Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Duties:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math skills for retail calculations (e.g., calculating discounts, sales tax)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
