Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our sales team. Duties
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and promote technology sales solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored software solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing customer inquiries and overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with current promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, responses received, and follow-up actions required.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively market our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling, preferably in a technology sales environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on closing sales.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or marketing is advantageous.
