The range displayed above is a likely salary range for this position. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location, contractual requirements and may fall outside of this range.

Specific skills needed to perform well in this role:
- Ability to provide technical direction for the development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of all components of complex hardware/software systems to include requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional allocation.
- Ability to conduct systems requirements reviews.
- Must be able to develop concepts of operation and interface standards, developing system architectures.
- Perform technical/non-technical assessment and management, as well as end-to-end flow analysis
- Must work effectively independently and with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Punctuality – must show up and perform
- Years Experience / Degree:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university plus two (2) years of system engineering experience, minimum.
- Additional years of experience and/or degrees may qualify for higher levels.
