Helm is looking for a Director of Creative Services to push the boundaries of our creative department, drive innovation, and elevate our marketing efforts across multi-platform channels. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days in our Plymouth, MI office and 2 days remote.
In this role, you’ll oversee the entire creative process, introducing new techniques and solutions—whether through AI integration or fresh insights to streamline workflows. You’ll lead our marketing strategy, managing everything from social media campaigns to inbound lead generation, and ensure we're engaging the right audiences to boost customer sales.
As a player-coach, you'll mentor and develop a talented team, helping them grow while ensuring top-notch performance. You’ll also work directly with clients, finding the balance between their needs and crafting campaigns that resonate with larger audiences.
We’re looking for someone with a background in creative design, expertise in eCommerce platforms like Magento and Shopify, and the leadership to drive a high-performing team. You’ll be at the forefront of creative innovation for a growing company in the Metro Detroit area.
