Job Summary : The Human Resources Coordinator handles, oversees, and provides support for various HR associate programs within the organization as well as maintains various databases, manages and prepares for new hire orientations and will assist with special projects and events within the HR department. Assists in the development, implementation, and interpretation of HR policies and procedures. This position involves independent program administration and problem solving ability. Job Description Essential Responsibilities: Manages new hire orientation and contractor files. Review new hire information entered in Workday. Will oversee and provide support for events such as the benefit fair, career fairs and employed internships. Will do extensive work in spreadsheets, Power Point and Workday. Provide HR support for ASN to BSN tracking May assist recruitment with sourcing of candidates and scheduling interviews. May assist with leave administration as needed Assist and oversee the Tuition Reimbursement program; ensuring program parameters per applicant are met. Assist with monitoring license verification and OIG reporting Provide Workday reporting support as needed. Assist with auditing of HR or benefit metrics Assist with HR project management as assigned Acts as an integral part of the HR team promoting and participating in excellent teamwork within the HR department. Acts as liaison with area advertising agencies Data entry and analytics Referral bonus program Manage labor law posters Assists with updating policies and procedures Assists with tenure recognition Assist with unemployment claims/processing Performs all other duties as assigned Support recruitment initiatives by attend career fairs, contacting passive candidates, job postings on school websites and social media Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate for this job.
