YOUR ROLE

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Sales Engineers, Product Development, and other team members to solve customer and Industry Issues
• Develop new solutions and processes that are environmentally sustainable and promote value for Henkel and our customers
• Communicate with customers and Sales engineers via direct contact at customer locations, virtually via digital tools, and with concisely written technical reports.
• Train Customers and Henkel personnel on our products and processes
• Present at Internal and External gatherings of Industry Professionals to further the perception of Henkel as an Industry Leader

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or chemical engineering, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years Industry Experience
• Leadership mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong digital skills, initiative, willingness to change and innovate.
• Willing to travel at least 50% per month
  

The salary for this role is $75,000.00 - $82,500.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
