Are you a passionate Family Law attorney looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Hepner & Pagan, LLP, a rapidly expanding boutique family law firm in downtown Campbell, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Attorney to join our exceptional litigation team.

As a key member of our firm, you’ll be integral to advocating for our clients, using your legal expertise to navigate family law matters with compassion and precision. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment where your skills will be nurtured and your career can thrive.

What You’ll Do :

Draft Motions and Judicial Council Forms with attention to detail
Review and draft Discovery documents to support litigation efforts
Communicate regularly with clients, offering clarity and direction
Make occasional court appearances, representing our clients' best interests
Conduct regular legal research to stay on top of evolving family law matters
Assist with deposition work to strengthen case strategies

Who We’re Looking For :

You hold a JD from an accredited law school and are a licensed member of the California State Bar in good standing (no suspensions or reprimands)

You’re an experienced Family Law attorney with a strong passion for litigation and client advocacy

You have exceptional writing and analytical skills, able to craft compelling motions and legal documents

You’re a proactive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced work environment
