Office Location: Heritage Valley Kennedy
Work Hours: Discussed during interview process
To provide professional psychiatric services to our customers in harmony with the mission, vision and values of Heritage Valley.
Required
License to practice medicine in the state of Pennsylvania, board eligibility in Psychiatry, medical staff appointment at HVS, two years of direct clinical experience, own transportation. Successful completion of applicable clearances as outlined in Human Resources policy HR-106 prior to commencing employment.
Preferred
Board certification in Psychiatry, Credentialing with major payors.
