Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented retired teacher to join our team as a Part-Time Executive Admin. This remote role involves supporting the CEO with administrative tasks, process improvement, and team coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn and use AI, automation tools, and CMS platforms efficiently. They should be excellent in verbal and written communication, adaptable, and ready to make a significant impact on improving organizational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, and task prioritization.
- Create professional presentations and reports efficiently.
- Manage and optimize workflows using AI and automation tools to improve processes.
- Research and develop content for projects, proposals, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and clients for follow-ups and support.
- Train and teach team members on tools, processes, and workflows as needed.
- Manage content within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update documentation related to processes, projects, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and deploying new tools for the team.
Qualifications:
- Current or former teacher with a proven track record of excellence in administrative or educational roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards of quality.
- Proficient in AI and automation tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Experience with CMS platforms and creating professional presentations and graphics.
- Comfortable conducting research and developing high-quality content.
- Ability to train and guide team members in using tools and improving workflows.
- References required.
Working Conditions:
- Remote work environment.
