EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:        

• High school diploma or GED 

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: 

• Proficient skills in typing, word processing, and file maintenance
• Effective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use personal computer and software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; excellent telephone skills.

EXPERIENCE:              

• Prefer at least 1-2 years secretarial/clerical experience.
