What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter/ HR Generalist (Bi Lingual Required) position at Hess Services, Inc.?
This position is a key role to support the human resource department including talent acquisition functions supporting general administrative tasking to include data entry into HRMS / ERP system. (Fluent in English/ Spanish required)
This role will manage and coordinate all aspects of the employee interview and onboarding process. Responsible for promoting the employer brand to perspective candidates by attending job fairs and maintaining advertising for all open positions.
Works closely with management to determine staffing and personnel needs.
This role will also be responsible for accurately entering data in the Human Resources Information System, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting and assisting the Human Resources personnel in meeting the needs of the organization.
Other duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1) Answering phones and responding to employee questions and requests,
2) Ensuring the accuracy of I-9 forms and other forms that pertain to the hiring process,
3) Being involved in the new hire process as needed,
4) Involvement in the DOT paperwork such as yearly audits and MVR's, - and so much more!
You would be an important member of our HR team. You will need to be a professional who is able to operate with a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products needed. Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail is also needed. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree plus minimum of 2 years of HR experience preferred or combination of skills and experience.
